Here's exactly what this site uses, and why:
Advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how well our advertising works. This only activates once you click "Accept all" below — until then, or if you click "Reject non-essential", Google Ads runs in a privacy-preserving mode that doesn't set tracking cookies or process your personal data for measurement. You can change your choice at any time using the 🍪 button in the corner of the screen.
On the public website

Third-party services
Some pages connect to services that may set their own cookies or similar technology when you interact with them directly — for example, our payment provider Tide when you click a "Pay Now" link, or Cloudflare Turnstile when verifying you're not a bot on our job application form. These are governed by those providers' own cookie and privacy policies, not ours.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly-necessary items above may mean some features (like staying logged in to the dashboard) won't work properly.
