Regular AI publishing
The scheduled function checks hourly and follows the Europe/London day and time below. Keep approval required until you are satisfied with the quality.
Generate one article now
This uses the protected OpenAI key configured in Netlify. The saved approval rule above determines whether it becomes a review draft or publishes immediately.
Connect ChatGPT or another AI
Use the protected endpoint below from a Custom GPT Action, Make, Zapier or another trusted automation. The secret key must be stored in that service and in Netlify as BLOG_AUTOMATION_API_KEY; never paste it into this page or browser code.
Action: submit_article. External articles follow the same approval/auto-publish rule. Full setup instructions and an OpenAPI file are included in the deployment ZIP.

🔗 Quick links
Every portal in one place — copy a link to share with a client, cleaner, or candidate, rather than hunting for it or relying on a bookmark.

Traffic sources
Visits are estimated from a random browser-session identifier. Visitors who reject non-essential tracking are not counted, so these figures are directional rather than a complete audited total.
All quotes submitted through the website. Update status or edit details as jobs progress.
Customer Insights
Listen, record, improve. Capture customer priorities and feedback, then assign and close follow-up actions.

How Lou should use this tab
After an enquiry, first clean, regular review or cancellation, ask: What mattered most? What worked? What should change? For lost quotes, ask what made the customer decide against proceeding.
Record the customer's actual words separately from your interpretation. Select a theme. If action is needed, assign an owner and a follow-up date. Review due actions daily and recurring themes weekly.
These are feedback records, not a customer count or a representative survey. Repeat feedback from one client counts more than once. Ratings are based only on customers who gave a rating.
No emails or reminders are sent from this tab. Contact clients through your existing communication process. Feedback does not establish marketing consent.
Counts and average rating use the filtered feedback records. Follow-ups due include today and overdue dates, using UK time.
Site Visits
Schedule client visits, record findings, and create a quote or booking when the client agrees to proceed.
Push approved quotes to a booking, or create one from scratch. Assign a specific cleaner, or publish it for any approved cleaner to accept.

Training modules
The SOPs and Fundamentals quiz candidates complete as part of their application. Edit the lesson text and questions here — changes apply immediately to anyone applying next.
New safety training pack
Lone Worker Safety, Asbestos Awareness and COSHH: eight questions each, 100% pass mark and a 12-month internal refresher cycle. Installing activates all three as required core training. Existing completion records and other modules are preserved. The asbestos lesson is awareness only.
