Refund requests
Paid for something for work β parking, travel, cleaning supplies or equipment? Send us the receipt. Once a team member approves it, the money is added to your pay.
Core safety training is required for everyone. Internal awareness completion does not replace practical instruction or authorise asbestos work. Each type of clean has its own short training. Pass a service's quiz here and shifts for that service start showing up in Available Shifts β you'll only see this list grow to match what you're trained for.

Getting started
Tap the circle in the top-left to add or change your profile photo β it's optional, but it helps the office and clients recognise you.

π’ Available Shifts β how do I pick up work?
This tab shows open shifts that any approved cleaner can take. You'll only see shifts for services you've passed the training for β pass a new service's quiz in the Training tab and matching shifts start appearing here automatically.
- Accept shift confirms it straight away β once accepted, it's yours. You can't undo this in the app, so only accept what you can actually do. Need to change or cancel after accepting? Call the office.
- Not interested just hides that one shift from your list β it doesn't affect your account or future shifts.
- Use the search box to quickly find a shift by postcode, area, service, or reference number if the list is long.
π Today & Tomorrow β what's this for?
A quick-glance view of exactly what's on today and tomorrow, pulled from your confirmed shifts, so you can check your day without scrolling through everything upcoming.
π My Shifts β Upcoming and Completed
Upcoming lists every shift you've accepted that isn't finished yet. Completed lists your finished jobs, most recent first. Use the search box to find a specific one by service, address, client name, or reference.
Marking a job complete is what closes it out β this is what releases your pay and triggers the client's invoice, so it's a required step, not optional:
- Enter the hours you worked.
- Tick through the checklist for that service.
- Add before/after photos if you have them, and any notes worth flagging.
- Submit it β the job then moves from Upcoming to Completed.
If you can't complete a job as scheduled (locked out, access issue, running very late), call the office straight away rather than waiting.
π Training β modules, quizzes, and yearly refreshers
Required for everyone covers safety, professional standards, and our values β every cleaner needs to pass these. Service-specific modules unlock shifts for that type of clean β you only need to pass the ones for services you want to work.
Each module has a short lesson followed by a quiz. Once passed, download its individual completion certificate from the module card. Pass it and you're set β for a while. Most modules need retaking once a year to stay current; you'll see "Valid until [date]" once you've passed, and get an email reminder before it lapses. If a service module expires, shifts for that service stop showing in Available Shifts until you retake it β usually just a few minutes.
Still stuck, or something's not right?
For anything the app can't sort out β changing or cancelling a shift, an access problem, a mistake in your details, or anything urgent β call the office directly.
